Tom has been practicing in the medical profession for the past 40 years, 30 of which have been focused on operating a successful private physical therapy practice in Amarillo, Texas.
Dr. Prince has provided consulting services on numerous startup facilities, including assisting those in a struggling medical practice.
In addition to his Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree from A.T. Still University, Dr. Prince has three Ph.D.s, including Nutrition Counseling, Naturopathy and Health Services Management from LaSalle University, which he later served as an adjunct professor.
Dr. Prince’s ongoing education has allowed him to attain several certifications with an emphasis on the treatment of myofasial pain; Certified Manual Trigger Point Therapist, Certified in Trigger Point Dry Needling, Certified in Integrative Dry Needling and a Mastery Certification in Manual Therapy.
He has authored four medical practice management books for St. Anthony’s Publishing, including Physician Office Polices & Procedures, Bottom Line Billing and Collections for the Medical Practice and Managed Care Operational Strategies: A medical Office Survival Guide. In November 2011

Dr. Prince currently practices in a private physical therapy practice in Amarillo, Texas and has over 10 years of experience. In December 2012 Dr. Prince was asked to represent MyoRehab of Albuquerque, New Mexico at the University of New Mexico’s myofascial course; The Diagnosis and Treatment of Myofascial Pain Syndromes: An Introductory Course.
